Bristol Climate Smart Cities Challenge
Through the Positive Collective we are finalists for the UN-Habitat Climate Smart Cities Challenge for the City of Bristol; bringing affordable homes to urban infill sites across the city while tackling the Climate Crisis, Biodiversity Loss, & Social Inequality.
Mallard Homes Housing Prototype
From establishing a Sustainability, Social & MMC Strategy we have developed a Kit-of-Parts housing solution using locally sourced biogenic materials that allow us to go beyond Net Carbon Zero and build Passivhaus Plus homes which are affordable for all.
Oldchurch Road
A Build to Rent scheme for Romford, East London which prioritises Community Cohesion through a ‘Plot-to-Plate’ approach of productive landscape terraces.
Chadwell Heath
A mixed use residential development which will rejuvenate the local area. With a proposed community cafe on the ground floor, all apartments will have access to a community roof top terrace.
Waterbeach Cafe
Competition Design for the Urban & Civic Waterbeach Cafe. Refurbishment of three existing boat-sheds into a mixed use scheme with restaurant, food hall, and cafe, all surrounded with productive landscaping.

Winner!!! We have been shortlisted as finalists for the Home of 2030 RIBA competition to reimagine the home of our future. We competed against over 200 entries with our regenerative design solution.
The Positive Collective
Launch of The Positive Collective; a collaborative working group with a shared vision and industry knowledge to tackle the climate emergency, biodiversity loss, and social inequality of our time.
Alconbury Education Hub
Winning bid to be ‘Design Guardians’ for Alconbury Secondary School, Cambridgeshire. Our continued contribution resulted in Morgan Sindall winning the bid to design and build a new campus which will form the heart of the new masterplan.
